A contributor is a volunteer who adds and updates camping accommodation in the Camping-places database. To access your section of the database all you have to do is register. When you do, you are in control of the details you enter for your campsite: you can modify or delete details, or you can add another campsite.
For the sake of good order, you need to take a number of things into consideration as a campsite contributor:

Any campsite details entered remain the property of the Camping-places Team for the time they are in the database.

The personal details of any campsite contributor are known only to the campingplaces team and are requested when you register. These details are never passed on to any third party without your express permission.

Respect other people’s right to privacy. Never enter personal details in the campsite records for people who are responsible for bookings and the like if you do not have their express permission. Complaints may always be sent to info@campingplaces.com.

The owner or manager of a campsite always has priority with regard to the management of the details of his or her campsite. If another contributor has already entered your campsite, it can be transferred to the account of an owner/manager.

If the information about a campsite is not modified or updated throughout the course of a year, you will receive a reminder e-mail. If you do not respond to this reminder, your campsite will be deleted from the database.

Enter as many details as possible for each campsite, so that the location is easy to find and visitors can gain a clear picture of the accommodation available.
