World Wide Camping-places is a voluntary initiative and has no commercial purpose. Our primary aim is to provide youth workers with a straightforward way of gathering information about camping accommodation. At the same time, we also offer the managers of camping accommodation the opportunity of controlling the information published. Non-owners may also add other campsites that they are satisfied with to the database.
Quality information
The Camping-places Team makes every effort to ensure that the information made available is as reliable as possible. Nevertheless, it is unable to offer any guarantee as to the objectivity and accuracy of the campsite details entered by independent campsite contributors. Incorrect details can always be notified via info@campingplaces.com .
Ownership of accommodation details
All of the details entered into the database can at any time be modified or deleted by their respective campsite contributors. Campsite details remain the property of World Wide Camping-places for the time they appear in the database. Details may also be used for any other purpose within the context of World Wide Campingplaces. Campsite details will be available in this way via the website and may also be published in a brochure or on a CD-ROM. However, details will not be passed on to any third party without the express permission of the owner.
Privacy and personal data
The personal data of campsite contributors will remain in the possession of World Wide Camping-places and will never be passed on to third parties unless express permission is granted to do so. This data will also never be published on the website or elsewhere. Campsite contributors may modify their personal data at any time. The personal data of contributors may be passed on to the relevant authorities if there is any question of the facilities of World Wide Campingplaces being misused.
